Tom, This is a great start. I look forward to watching how this section grows. I think you've established some nice stubs to spark additions. Don't forget that as you add substantial pieces that you can create a link to them from the main page under citizen reports. Just write a brief headline or explanation and link it to your work. Some user inserted a "no table of contents" instruction onto the main wind energy page. What do you think? Are we better off with the table of contents or none? I liked the TOC and used it to navigate the page. The user who did this left a trail only to an IP number -- 76.20.133.209; not a user name. Tom Stanton 13:58, 28 August 2007 (EDT)
