Welcome to the Great Lakes Wiki Culture Portal! Culture is characterized by the arts and intellectual horizons of the people who live in a region. It evolves from their history, often influenced by the region's geography. The customs of the people, the products they produce, their achievements and what they value produce a culture specific to the region they inhabit.
