Carol Ann Navarro

Born in Toledo, Ohio, raised in Dearborn, Michigan and settled for the last 20 years in Frankfort, Michigan. Love the water and I live one block from Lake Michigan with my husband, Crispin Campbell.

I'm a journalism senior at Michigan State University. This is the second time around (college) for me. I'm hoping I can say I'm officially retired as a registered nurse, which is what I was doing before this, in addition to raising four children. I love Gordon Lightfoot, Lake Superior and drinking good wine with my husband.

I hope to be doing photo enviromental journalism after I graduate.

My assignment for this class was the Culture and Arts page which I worked on with Matt Donaldson. We had a lot of fun doing this. The best part was working on the Gordon Lightfoot page and maybe introducing people to a part of his music most don't know about.
