Renewable Portfolio Standards are policies that have been implemented now by 25 different states in the U.S., including the Great Lakes States of Illinois, Minnesota, New York, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. RPSs are under active consideration by governors and legislatures in Ohio and Michigan.
