How to write a caption

From Great Lakes Wiki

Once a photo is uploaded, you can place it into an article. From there, it is possible to make the image into a thumbnail, which will expand on its very own page when clicked on. To do so:

  • First
    • Within the editing page the image code button, which looks like a little picture

  • Second
    • Make the image into a thumbnail by using the verticle bar, or pipe key (shift+\)
    • Type "thumb" after the pipe

  • Third
    • Add one more pipe after thumb
    • Type your caption!

For the photo on your right the code would look like this:

If you want to caption a large image, use "frame" instead of "thumb":
