Fish Virus could limit shipping; Michigan seeks ban on ballast reform

A fish virus threatens the fishing industry and may bring about emergency legislation to prevent the spread of the virus to Lake Michigan, Lake Huron and Lake Superior. The virus which bleeds fish to death has already invaded Lake Erie, Lake Ontario, and The St. Lawrence River.
