Alma College

Alma College is a private, liberal arts college located in the small city of Alma, Michigan. The college is adjacent to St. Louis Michigan, site of three Superfund sites. One of which is the Pine River Superfund Site.

The college encourages faculty and students to engage in service learning and study outside the classroom to enhance classroom learning. This is done mostly through the college's Center for Responsible Leadership (CRL)

For a number of years, students and faculty at Alma have helped support the Pine River Task Force.
